1. **Booking and Payment:**
   - To secure your session date and time, a non-refundable booking fee is required.
   - Full payment is due at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
   - Payments can be made via Zelle or Paypal.

2. **Rescheduling and Cancellations:**
   - If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
   - In the event of a cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable.
   - Marycar Photography reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or photographer illness. In such cases, efforts will be made to accommodate a new session date and time.

3. **Client Cooperation:**
   - Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions and permits are obtained for the chosen location(s) of the session.
   - It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time for the scheduled session. Late arrival may result in a shortened session duration.
   - Clients are encouraged to communicate any specific requests or preferences prior to the session to ensure a personalized experience.

4. **Image Delivery:**
   - Marycar Photography will provide a sneak peek of select images within [timeframe].
   - The full gallery of edited images will be delivered within [timeframe].
   - Images will be delivered via [delivery method].
   - Clients will receive high-resolution digital files with printing rights for personal use.

5. **Image Usage:**
